About the OpportunityReviewing and researching reported claims to determine their validity.Reviewing shipment documentation (bills of lading, delivery receipts, inspection reports, photos) to establish proof of loss or damage.InvestigationInvestigating and analyzing cargo claims for loss, damage, and delays to determine company liability and costs while protecting company and customer interests.Determining whether the carrier, the shipper, or the company bears liability.Documentation & FilingManaging the documentation and submission process for each claim, and collecting the necessary documents and information to file, investigate, and resolve claims in a timely manner.Communication & Follow‑UpMaking contact with carriers, insurance companies, salvage companies, and customers regarding claims made by customers, receivers, or shippers for damaged goods or shortages of freight.Building and maintaining relationships with carriers, insurance companies,
