Key Responsibilities:



• Advocate for members’ rights in labour relations • Mentor and facilitate workshops for stewards • Lead initiatives in collective bargaining efforts • Participate actively in arbitration and grievance hearings • Develop strategic training programs for team enhancement

Requirements: • Three years of relevant Labour Relations or HR experience • Degree in a related field focused on employment law • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
