In this role, you will deliver engaging virtual training to customers, internal employees, and partners, helping them successfully adopt and maximize the value of Dayforce HCM solutions.Working in a dynamic workplace with frequent product enhancements, you will maintain expertise across Dayforce functionality while designing and delivering effective learning experiences in both French and English. You will collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, tailor training solutions, and support customer success through high-quality learning experiences.This role supports Government of Canada customers and projects. Candidates must be eligible to obtain or maintain Canadian Protected B security clearance and meet applicable Government of Canada residency and eligibility requirements.What You'll Get to DoMaintain certification on Dayforce HCM functionality, including HR, Benefits, Talent, Workforce Management, Dayforce Platform, Payroll, and other product areas as required.Deliver virtual Dayforce training to customers, internal employees, and partners in both French and English.Stay current on Dayforce product functionality to ensure effective and up-to-date training delivery.Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by participating in product communities and enablement programs.Troubleshoot customer training issues ranging from moderate to advanced complexity.Manage multiple training initiatives while demonstrating strong time management and project management skills.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address customer training needs.Develop an understanding of customer business environments to deliver relevant and effective training.Gather customer information to provide consultative training recommendations and solutions.Tailor training materials and delivery using customer-specific business processes, data, and scenarios.Deliver consulting and customized training engagements that support customer success.Support the development, review, and maintenance of training materials, facilitator guides, learner resources, job aids, and digital learning content.Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains accurate, current, accessible, and aligned with learner needs.Provide guidance and coaching to Training Specialists and Training Consultants as needed.Communicate key Dayforce HCM messaging related to product functionality, implementation, education, and support.Contribute to departmental goals, customer satisfaction objectives, and utilization targets.Complete required administrative responsibilities, including time reporting, expense reporting, assigned training, and timely communication.Skills and Experience We ValueFluency in both French and English.Experience delivering training to customers, internal employees, or partners.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in both French and English.Experience delivering effective virtual instructor-led training.Ability to quickly learn new concepts and communicate them clearly and confidently.Strong customer-facing consulting and relationship management skills.Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.Experience using Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom, and learning management systems.Understanding of the end-to-end learning project lifecycle.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining quality.Eligibility to work on Government of Canada projects.Eligibility to obtain or currently hold Canadian Protected B security clearance.Ability to meet applicable Government of Canada residency and eligibility requirements.What Would Make You Stand OutExperience supporting Government of Canada or other public sector customers.Experience delivering training within complex enterprise or technical environments.Experience developing or editing digital learning content.Experience using Articulate, including Rise and Storyline.Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive learning design principles.Experience with Web Services development, XSLT, XML, or SQL.What’s in it for youDayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
