Head of Human Resources

We are seeking a strategic Head of Human Resources to join one of our Financial Services clients. This role will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, ensuring our people strategy aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Location: Toronto, ON – Must be in office only, 2x per month attendance.

Employment type: Full-time, Permanent, FTE.

Salary Range: CA$100,000 – CA$130,000 per year.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and CHRP designation.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least some experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
