Overview

We are looking for highly skilled Senior Associate L2 (Senior Java Developer) to join a strategic client engagement in Calgary. We are looking for a hands‑on senior engineer who combines robust technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing skills.





This role requires an individual who can work directly with business and technology stakeholders, drive technical discussions, coordinate across onshore and offshore teams, and lead the design and development of enterprise‑grade applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, event‑driven, cloud‑ready solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams.

Qualifications

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technology partner.

- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams.

- Facilitate requirement discovery, clarification, solution workshops, and technical discussions.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and API contracts.
