KMB Law is seeking a Senior Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of 10+ years of law firm experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance a strong litigation practice in conjunction with experienced professionals in a dynamic and challenging legal environment.
The Litigation Lawyer will assist with the performing of a variety of substantive, complex and routine legal activities with a commitment to legal excellence.
This position may be located at our head office in Mississauga or in our Toronto office.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters.
Develop and implement legal strategies in collaboration with clients and other team members.
Independent carriage of files and collaboration on files with senior litigators.
Work with and supervise junior lawyers and students.
The following would be an asset:
10+ years of good quality civil and commercial litigation experience.
Experience in complex litigation cases.
Proficient in legal drafting with a solid attention to detail.
