- Advise on commercial and SaaS-related legal matters
- Draft and negotiate technology and commercial agreements
- Manage complex customer transactions and bespoke legal arrangements
- Engage in strategic business initiatives and projects
- Oversee governance compliance within Canada Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification legal experience
- Proven record in negotiating commercial agreements
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian commercial law
- Experience in healthcare technology is a plus
