Were looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our clients Markham team and support the design and delivery of building systems across commercial, multiresidential, institutional, government, and industrial projects.

What Youll Do

- Design HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Prepare drawings, specs, reports, and HVAC load calculations (HAP)
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers
- Review designs for compliance with OBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, CSA
- Attend site meetings, perform site reviews, and support contract administration
- Contribute to proposals and support project delivery from concept to construction

What You Bring

- 5+ years of mechanical building services experience
- EIT or P.Eng (one required)




- Strong knowledge of building codes and mechanical design standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP, MS Office
- Experience with HVAC schematics, equipment selection, and construction detailing
- Robust communication, organization, and timermany skills
- Valid drivers license and regular access to a vehicle

Nice to Have

- Experience with renovations and multiun it residential projects
- Familiarity with contract administration and shop drawing reviews
