This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance. Stress Testing Framework and Guidance: Lead the enhancement and maintenance of the Enterprise Stress Testing Framework and Guidance, ensuring it aligns with regulatory expectations, management requirements, and recommendations/requirements from Internal Audit or Governance and Control teams. Responsible for effective communication and training of the requirements to Global stakeholders across Finance, Risk and Treasury functions. Responsible for ensuring adherence to the Frameworks and Policies across all groups.

Support the assessment of stress testing capabilities across Finance, Risk and Treasury including benchmarking to regulatory requirements and expectations, as well to industry practice.

Model Overlay Framework and Model Inventory Management: Lead the enhancement and maintenance of the Model Overlay Framework, ensuring it aligns with regulatory expectations, management requirements, and recommendations/requirements from Internal Audit or Governance and Control teams. Lead the enterprise reporting of model overlays and collaborate with 1B on the reporting of model inventory to Enterprise Capital Committee. Responsible for effective communication and training of the requirements to Global stakeholders across Finance, Risk and Treasury functions.

Responsible for ensuring adherence to the Model Overlay Framework across all groups.

Regulatory Compliance, Co-ordination and Exam Management: Responsible for developing and managing strong effective relationships with regulators. Participate in workshops with Peer Banks and Regulators. Responsible for communicating Regulatory requirements related to key stress testing leads.

Lead regulatory program and exam coordination including dissemination of questions, collection and submission of responses across workstreams and facilitating meeting. Responsible for coordinating centralized on-going monitoring and reporting of remediation efforts of regulatory findings.

Governance: Responsible for ensuring Stress Testing Council Mandates remain current, including membership. Responsible for establishing and communicating governance standards to Council secretaries. Responsible to ensure governance standards, practice and execution meet management and regulatory expectations and are aligned with Enterprise Standards.

Control Functions Relations and Exams: Responsible for developing and managing strong effective relationships with control functions. Responsible coordinating control function requests and meetings with various stress testing groups. Support control function exams coordination, including dissemination of questions,



collection and submission of responses across workstreams, and facilitating meeting. Responsible for centralized on-going monitoring and reporting of remediation efforts of findi

Additional Information: University degree in Finance, Advanced quantitative discipline, Economics, or a related field. CPA, MBA, CFA, or other professional designations, preferred. Minimum 10 years of related experience with progressing levels of operational and/or team management responsibility.

Knowledge of Stress Analysis, capital markets, asset/liability management principles and banking products. Demonstrated strong project management capabilities. Knowledge of the Bank's financial and management reporting infrastructure and strong accounting background would be an asset.

Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
