Senior Manager, Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting - One Year Contract About the Opportunity - Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision‑making.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Provide variance analysis, trend insights, and financial recommendations to leadership.
- Automate and streamline reporting and budgeting processes for efficiency.
- Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Partner with senior management to develop business cases and financial strategies.
- Oversee risk management procedures and ensure policy compliance.
- Mentor and lead a team, supporting professional development and performance.

About

You - Bachelor’s degree in Finance,



Accounting, or Business (CPA or Master’s preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel;

experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Adaptive Planning).
- Proven ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Pay Rate $55.00 / Hour Location: Greater Toronto Area; must be permitted to work in Canada.
