Hybrid, 3 days/week in office, 2 days remote

Responsibilities

- Lead the monthly financial close and consolidation process for multiple legal entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established reporting timelines.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations, including management fee allocations, intercompany financing, and other cross-entity transactions.
- Ensure the integrity of consolidated financial information through detailed variance analysis, account reconciliations, and resolution of complex accounting issues.
- Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules for corporate accounts.
- Support the accounting treatment of financing activities, capital transactions, and other non-routine corporate events.
- Research and interpret new and existing IFRS standards, assessing their impact on the organization and recommending appropriate accounting treatments.
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages for senior leadership, including financial performance summaries, variance analyses, and key performance indicators.
- Perform accounting and valuation for investment portfolios, including fair value measurement in accordance with IFRS 9.

Must have requirements

- Strong IFRS reporting experience
- Multi-entity consolidation experience
- Experience working at the Senior Manager level (or above)
