Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers
- Define multi-year technical strategies and align SRE roadmaps




- Enhance incident management practices and reduce MTTR
- Own disaster-recovery strategies and execution plans
- Manage budget, tooling, and relationships with vendors

Requirements:

- 8+ years in technical roles, with 1+ in engineering leadership
- Solid foundation in SRE principles and practices
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and modern SRE tools
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Understanding of AI integration in operations
