What is the opportunity?
As the Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in the RBC Capital Markets Talent Acquisition (CMTA) team by leading strategic talent acquisition initiatives and leveraging data‑driven talent insights. Partnering across the CMTA team, business leaders, HRBPs and functional partners, you will contribute to the talent acquisition strategy to develop and deliver best‑in‑class sourcing approaches. Your work will shape how RBC Capital Markets competes for top talent while providing actionable insights into the talent landscape and recruitment effectiveness.
What will you do?
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives that identify and attract high‑caliber talent in Capital Markets, leveraging deep market intelligence and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Collaborate with the CMTA team and Strategic Partnerships team to co‑develop targeted talent acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs and market realities.
- Establish and utilize sourcing channels, candidate pipeline analytics, external talent landscape trends, and candidate experience feedback.
- Develop compelling data narratives and insights through dashboards and presentations that tell the story of our talent acquisition performance and market positioning.
- Complement recruitment partners’ efforts with advanced sourcing techniques.
- Utilize and leverage talent acquisition data analytics, market trends, social media engagement, and industry benchmarking.
- Build and nurture productive relationships with business stakeholders, HRBPs and functional partners.
What do you need to succeed?
- Proven experience in strategic talent acquisition within Capital Markets.
- 3+ years of people‑management experience, preferably in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills; ability to translate talent data into compelling narratives and actionable insights.
- Expertise in talent acquisition metrics, labour market trends, and sourcing intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and influence senior leaders and business partners.
