Here's how your role will strengthen our team.This position leads the administrative function for theElectrical Servicegroup, providing excellent customer service and a variety of administrative services to assist and support with the effective and efficient operations of the team.Here's how your role will strengthen our team.Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver professional, high-quality administrative support and exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholdersAssist with obtaining, managing, and maintaining specialized clearances and certifications for field personnelServe as the primary point of contact for customer service requests received via phone and email.Create, coordinate, schedule, and dispatch work orders to field technicians in a timely and efficient mannerCoordinate with customers and site contacts to facilitate scheduling, service execution, and work order completionMonitor service reports and customer documentation to ensure accurate completion and compliance with company requirementsProcess and manage work order billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicingTrack, expedite, and coordinate material orders to support service operations and timelinesUpload, maintain, and organize service documentation within company systems and databasesCollaborate with Project Managers to coordinate quotation requests, technical requirements,
and project-related supportEnsure consistent adherence to established company processes, procedures, and operational standardsMaintain organized filing systems, oversee document control processes, and manage office and operational supply inventoriesYour Experience And Skills3+ years' experience in a similar administrative support/customer service roleExperience with material ordering, tracking, billing, and reportingExcellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)Prior experience using service management software or similar software is an assetUnderstanding of service operations and life cycle is an assetExtremely organized work habits, patient, and customer service focusedSuperior written and verbal English communication skillsNatural, confident ability and positive attitudeFlexible with the proven ability to multitask in a changing, fast-paced environmentBasic electrical or construction knowledge is an assetAbout HouleAs BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future.
