Job Details/Functions/Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain SMB and Enterprise network solutions. Design, deploy & support wireless solutions. Escalations and Support internal, datacenter, and customer network systems.

Support

Bulletproof’s NOC environment and systems and provide best practice procedures for monitoring our clients. Provide network capacity and availability analysis. Liaison with Enterprise NOC customers.

Required Education/Credentials: Minimum 7-10 years of networking experience. A university degree, college certificate or diploma in information technology and/or have relevant experience and industry certification. Solid working knowledge of networking theory, including LAN, WAN, SAN and Wireless technologies including Fortinet and Cisco.

Professional level experience working with advanced routing and switching technologies including Layer-2 technologies such as VLAN, QoS, IGMP, Multicast, MPLS, hierarchical network architectures. Professional level experience working with layer-3 technologies such as EIGRP, BGP, IPv4, IPv6, Software Defined Networking, VPN technologies.





Experience supporting Enterprise and hosted network environments.

Experience with Solarwinds or other network management and monitoring platforms. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and/or certification in networking technologies, including Cisco and Fortinet.

Other Qualifications / Experience: Experience with server virtualization and network virtualization.

Experience with supporting Voice over IP (VOIP) technologies.

Experience with NextGen firewalls and/or IPS/IDS is an asset.

Experience with FortiManager and FortiAnalyser is an asset. Familiarity with ITIL processes is an asset.

Core Attributes/Characteristics: Positive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Travel Expectations: 25% and be eligible for a US Work Visa.

Job Summary: The Project Coordinator, Managed Services is responsible for coordinating project activities in the Managed Services Practice.

The Project

Coordinator will be providing support by assisting with the planning of resources/projects, scheduling meetings, and creating reports. They will interface mostly with Bulletproof management but also with clients. This position requires a person who is able to multitask on multiple projects and who desires to raise the bar in terms of quality.

Essential Functions (Duties & Responsibilities): This role will include, but will not be limited to the following:Schedules and administers ongoing meetingsTaking meeting minutesSetting up project codes and SharePoint sitesMaintaining SharePoint sites and internal information repositoriesDeveloping, enhancing and organizing process assets (templates for schedules, agendas, budgets, checklists, etc.)Taking a proactive approach to improving our processes by researching ways to automate these processesWork with other stakeholders at Bulletproof to share leading practices, lessons learned, etcAbility to communicate both orally and in writing with team members as well as internal management teamsTracking project hours and assigned resourcesProvides accurate and timely status reports to leadershipEnsures accuracy and timeliness of all work performedAbility to meet critical deadlinesPerforms other duties as assigned Required Education and Other Credentials:2 years’ experience in an IT project administrator or coordinator role.Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excelwillingness to develop coordination skills, including obtaining CAPM or PRINCE2 certificationExperience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high quality environment.Ability to effectively manage deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with officials at all levels.Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details and correctness.Exhibit the acumen to represent a professional organization at all levels.
