Lead Direct Air

Capture projects and optimize carbon removal systems in a hybrid role. In this individual-contributor position, you will leverage your expertise in process design and technology integration. Your focus will be on the technical integrity of DAC systems, from conceptual design through to pilot operations and commercial deployment. Your influence will greatly impact equipment selection, energy optimization, and the overall efficiency of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead process design of DAC systems, including H&MB; and PFDs
- Develop P&IDs; integrating control logic and safety standards
- Perform advanced simulations using Aspen Plus or HYSYS
- Drive technology selection for key DAC components
- Collaborate to scale modular DAC units from prototype to commercial Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Chemical Engineering
- Qualified Engineer designation (P.Eng)
- 10+ years in process design roles
- Expertise in process simulation tools
- Strong background in thermodynamics and gas separation Utilize your process engineering skills to contribute to Deep Sky's innovative carbon capture initiatives.
