Senior Product Manager

Location: Ontario, Canada (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Work Model: 5 Days Onsite, Monday to Friday

Hours: 7.25 hours/day

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product planning, strategy, and execution throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, and Data & AI-driven initiatives. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful product outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.




- Align product objectives with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Translate business strategies into product strategies and high-level requirements.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and product gaps.

Product Roadmap & Delivery

- Own, manage, and execute the product roadmap.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business value and customer impact.
- Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive product launches and adoption strategies.

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide product insights, updates, and supporting materials to stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making and influence key stakeholders across multiple levels.

Product Lifecycle Management

- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including requirements, feedback, risks, issues, and enhancements.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements.
- Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Act as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.

Customer Experience & Innovation

- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and experiences.




- Generate innovative ideas to improve customer satisfaction, adoption, and growth.
- Collect and incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements.
- Promote awareness and understanding of product capabilities across stakeholder groups.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience working in Data & AI environments.
- Strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps and product lifecycles.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into product requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile, and data-driven environment.
- Relevant educational background.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with large-scale, distributed systems.
- Experience managing products involving multiple stakeholders, clients, and complex environments.
- Strong understanding of customer-centric product development practices.
