As the successful Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, and you will become the customer advocate, delivering products that are easy to use and deliver significant value. The Technology - You'll get the chance to work with leading edge technologies and take on complex and interesting projects, as part of highly collaborative and agile teams. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, and Marketing to ensure successful execution. Collaborate closely with Sales and Support teams to enable successful customer adoption,



including creating training material and supporting key customer engagements.

Mentor and guide junior product managers or cross-functional contributors, fostering a strong product-thinking culture. Act as a product expert in executive briefings, customer sessions, trade shows, and conferences. Stay up to date with competitive product landscapes, technological advancements, and evolving customer needs.

At least 5 years of experience in product management within an enterprise software or SaaS environment, with 2+ years in a senior-level role preferred. Solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies. Technical background or strong technical fluency, especially in networking, enterprise IT, or telecommunications.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; graduate degree is a plus. Android, Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows Server experience a plus Completion of Pragmatic Marketing (now Pragmatic Institute) training is a plus.
