Client Location: North York, ON (Hybrid Role): 7.5 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

This position is provisionally Hybrid, requiring 7.5 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

Mandatory Qualifications

Education

- University degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Preferred disciplines:
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering

Certifications

- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario – Mandatory

Experience

- Minimum 7 years of experience in a transit operating workplace.
- Extensive experience in:
- Project management
- Construction management
- Large multidisciplinary projects

Technical Knowledge

- Engineering principles and practices.
- Project management methodologies.
- Conceptual planning and design processes.




- Scope, schedule and cost control systems.
- Construction practices and techniques.
- Contract administration and inspection.

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.

Software

Assets (Preferred)

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience travelling to construction sites not readily accessible by transit.
