This full-time role involves leading the upstream surface infrastructure for lithium-rich brine delivery. You’ll guide the entire project lifecycle, ensuring safe and cost-effective operations while managing technical scope and engineering execution. Your leadership will help define project milestones and reinforce safety as a core organizational value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a strong safety culture throughout the organization
- Lead engineering execution from FEED to commissioning phases
- Manage technical scope, schedule, and associated risks
- Monitor expenditures,
scheduling, and performance metrics
- Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil)
- Qualified Engineer registration in good standing with APEGA
- 10+ years of project engineering experience
- Proven track record on complex projects over $20MM
- Familiarity with Alberta's regulatory standards
