- The expected base salary range for this position is $90/Hr - $95/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-wide Data, AI, and Technology Transformation initiatives.
- This role requires a robust blend of project delivery expertise, technical understanding, and stakeholder management to successfully execute complex programs across technology and business teams.
- The ideal candidate can bridge business strategy with technical execution, translate complex architectures into actionable delivery plans, and drive multiple initiatives through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience supporting Finance and Treasury transformation initiatives is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Delivery Management

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, AI, and Technology transformation programs from initiation through production deployment.
- Define project scope, roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and measurable business outcomes.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards.

Technology & Solution Delivery

- Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Data,



and Platform teams to deliver scalable and secure technology solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical workstreams and execution plans.
- Understand architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology landscapes.
- Challenge solution designs where appropriate while balancing delivery timelines and technical constraints.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, leadership, and external vendors.
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and dependencies to executive leadership.
- Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams and drive alignment throughout project execution.

Planning, Governance & Execution

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, RAID logs, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, governance standards, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Prepare and manage key project artifacts including:

- Business Cases
- Test Strategy
- Release & Implementation Plans
- Information Risk Assessments
- Controls Documentation

Risk, Financial & Resource Management

- Identify project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Escalate critical issues impacting scope, timeline, or budget.

Team Leadership

- Lead cross-functional project teams consisting of Business, Technology, Architecture, Data, QA, and Vendor resources.
- Define team responsibilities, success metrics, and delivery expectations.
- Coach and mentor project team members while fostering accountability and collaboration.

Vendor Management

- Coordinate with third-party vendors and managed service providers.




- Support contract discussions and ensure vendor deliverables meet agreed commitments.
- Monitor vendor performance and service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience delivering enterprise Data, AI, Cloud, or Digital Transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of contemporary technology ecosystems including:
- Cloud Platforms
- APIs
- Data Platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
- AI & Analytics Solutions
- Strong techno-functional background with the ability to bridge business and technology.
- Experience managing projects across the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Hands-on experience with:

- Agile
- Waterfall
- Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong project planning and governance experience.
- Experience using project management tools such as:
- JIRA
- Planview
- Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
