You will lead project teams, manage overall project documentation in Procore, and ensure quality delivery of projects across diverse sectors including Corporate, Education, and more. Manage project startup activities including issuing contracts
- Supervise project documentation like schedules and change orders
- Work closely with Site Superintendents to meet project objectives
- Control project budgets and prepare monthly claims At least 5 years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Robust knowledge of construction sequencing
