You will work with partners from across the company, participate in networking events, and have access to a wide variety of supports including mentorship. You will work directly with leaders who believe in celebrating successes and sharing learnings with other teams to promote progress. In this role, you will be responsible for effective planning, executing, automating and tracking functional tests in the ARCHER portfolio – maintenance releases or projects.

What will you do?

- Create test plans, test cases and test scripts based on requirement documents and business User Stories
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using test automation tools
- Execute test cases (manual/automated) document test results and raise defects whenever necessary.
- Work with JIRA, Confluence, qTest for test case management, defect management, test reporting and other functions
- Participate in agile ceremonies like Sprint planning, grooming sessions, stand‑up meetings,



demo sessions, and retrospective meetings
- Participate in E2E and integration testing
- Participate in defect triage and Scrum meetings
- Demonstrated experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of software debugging methodologies
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and security
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills What do you need to succeed? Must‑have - 2+ years of experience in a QA/test environment with a focus on technical, automated testing in a variety of environments (functional, business workflows, APIs, databases).
- In depth experience in Python programming languages.
- Experience with test automation frameworks/programming language e.g., Pytest Framework, Python API, Selenium, Data frame.
- Valuable knowledge of QE Processes, Testing Life Cycle, SDLC and Defect Management processes for application testing, development and support with hands‑on experience in creating test cases, executing manual/automated test cases.
- Knowledge of Testing Methodologies with hands‑on experience on JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps Tools such as GIT, Git on Action.
- Database technologies (e.g. SQL, Postgres)



and SQL experience. Nice‑to‑have - Archer experience
- Ansible experience
- Previous experience in the areas of Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Software Quality Certification
