ADP Canada is looking for a Senior Sales Financial Analyst to join our Sales Finance team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to the VP Finance and Sales Leadership, playing a critical part in shaping the financial strategy and performance of our Sales organization. What you’ll do:
- Forecasting & Analysis: Partner with Sales Leaders to understand key business drivers, provide accurate forecasts,
and deliver insights into performance trends.
- Quota & Incentives: Act as the go‑to resource for quota setting and incentive oversight—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
- Performance Reporting: Lead the creation of explicit, impactful reporting that helps Sales Leadership assess results and take action.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance financial reporting and business processes.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or other designation an asset).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, or a related role.
