VC Floor is a growing flooring company with locations in Edmonton and Vancouver. We’re looking for an experienced sales qualified ready to take the next step into leadership.

This role combines personal sales, team leadership, business development, and the opportunity to grow into a Branch Manager position.

Responsibilities

- Manage your own sales pipeline from consultation to closing
- Support and mentor a team
- Distribute and monitor incoming leads
- Ensure CRM accuracy and timely follow-up
- Build relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and referral partners
- Improve sales performance and customer experience
- Work closely with the CEO to help grow the Edmonton branch

Qualifications

- 3+ years of sales experience
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships




- Leadership or team coaching experience is an asset
- Experience using CRM systems
- Flooring, renovation, construction, or building materials experience preferred
