Senior ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain ITOM solutions within ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc.).
- Good understanding of ServiceNow toolsets.
- Service Mapping and Discovery: Implement and maintain service maps and discovery schedules to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
- Event Management Implementation: Configure event rules, alerts, and notifications within ServiceNow Event Management to automate incident creation and response.
- ITOM integrations experience or knowledge (SailPoint, SAP, SCCM, Dynatrace, etc.).
- Interacts with client management to answer questions, solve problems and requests regarding complex system issues.




- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience working with appropriate ServiceNow ITOM functions and tools.
- Certifications in ServiceNow ITOM space like discovery, service mapping etc.
- Experience working with company products and services.
- Experience working with company and client documentation and ServiceNow ITOM Management procedures.
- Experience developing complex ServiceNow ITOM Management implementations and organizational processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
