Access to exclusive discounts on a number of products and services across Canada.What You’ll DoSelect appropriate cylinders and safely fill compressed gas according to company standards and ISO 9000 programLoad and unload compressed gases cylinders varying in size from 3 – 1000lbs onto company and customer units using carts/dollies and forklifts to ensure cylinders are labelled accurately and meet company and government standardsQuarantine non-conformance cylinders, open/close valves on cylinders and filling racks, and operate high-pressure pumps and vacuum pumps.Schedule deliveries (5 or 10 tons truck) of gas products and hardgoods to customers within the assigned geographical area based on the established delivery schedulesBalance cylinder load sheets (shipment control), complete daily cylinder records (cycle counts) and complete shipping and receiving documents through the computer system (SAP)Shipping receiving duties as requiredWhat It TakesEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Key Skills And AttributesAbility to handle and lift up to 60 lbs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.At Messer, our vision for culture and engagement is to create an environment where all of us accept, respect and value the differences of multiple identities and truly welcome the diverse ideas and perspectives of individuals.
