Permanent – 35 hours/week

A well-established service company in St-Eustache is seeking a Finance Controller/Director of Finance to play a key role with management and actively contribute to the organization's performance.

Main Responsibilities:

- Supervise accounting activities and mentor the team
- Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable
- Supervise payroll and government remittances (GST/QST, DAS, CNESST)
- Produce financial analyses and support decision‑making
- Monitor grants
- Prepare for year‑end and collaborate with external auditors
- Participate in various administrative aspects (HR, OHS, pay equity, recruitment)

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in administration/accounting (an asset)
- 10+ years of experience, including 5 years in management
- Functional English
- Excellent command of Excel
- Leadership, autonomy, rigor, and a positive sense of priorities
