Take charge of the NICU as a Clinical Practice Leader at Humber River Health's Maternal & Child Program. This role involves mentoring staff to enhance clinical practice and patient care.With a focus on continuous improvement, this full-time position involves collaboration with nursing leadership and interprofessional teams to develop and implement evidence-based programs. You will drive clinical orientation, lead training initiatives, and monitor quality improvement activities to ensure optimal patient care in the NICU.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance NICU practices
- Design and implement educational programs for staff
- Support implementation of standards of care and guidelines
- Mentor staff on neonatal competencies and breastfeeding
- Facilitate change management for new care modelsRequirements:
- RN registration with CNO and BScN mandatory
- 3-5 years of Level 2C NICU experience necessary
- Proven experience in clinical education delivery
- Solid communication and organizational skills
