Lead structural design and project delivery for a variety of building projects, including commercial, residential, institutional,



and mixed‑use developments Oversee projects from conceptual design through construction administration and project close‑out Maintain and build strong client relationships through regular communication and project involvement Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and contractor groups Participate in site reviews, construction meetings, and field coordination as required Provide technical guidance and contribute to overall project planning, scheduling, and quality control Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering ~ 8+ years of experience within consulting engineering/building design ~ Strong experience with steel, concrete, wood, and foundation design for building projects ~ Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar ~ Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit ~ Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor team members effectively Leadership opportunity with long‑term growth potential Diverse and technically challenging projects Opportunity to remain technically involved while growing into a senior leadership role Only candidates with consulting engineering experience in building design will be considered.
