We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide supply chain initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that improve operational efficiency, optimize costs, and support organizational objectives.

Procurement and Supplier Management

Establish robust supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure reliable sourcing of products and services.





Logistics and Inventory Optimization

Oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory planning, and distribution activities to ensure efficient operations and high service levels.

Operational Excellence

Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics, identifying operational challenges, and implementing sustainable process improvements.

Leadership and Team Development

Manage, mentor, and develop supply chain professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Cross Functional Collaboration

Partner with finance, operations, sales, and senior leadership to align supply chain initiatives with business priorities and customer expectations.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or operations, including at least 4 to 5 years leading supply chain teams, managing large-scale operational initiatives, and driving strategic business improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification such as CSCP, CPIM, SCMP, or CPSM is considered an asset.

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics operations, and supply chain analytics.

Leadership Skills

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable operational improvements.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Pay: $82,072.00-$132,556.00 per year
