ALPHA IT is one of Vancouver Island’s fastest-growing MSPs, supporting municipalities, First Nations, and small to mid-sized businesses with reliable, secure, and practical IT solutions. We are looking for a senior technical professional who can lead and deliver both infrastructure and cloud projects while supporting complex environments across our client base. This is a hands‑on role focused on designing, building, and improving client environments across networking, cloud, and on‑prem systems.

You will lead projects such as Microsoft 365 and Azure deployments, network builds, firewall upgrades, VoIP systems, and security improvements. In addition to project work, you will support escalations, assist with complex tickets, and help guide clients and internal staff. The ability to communicate clearly and train users especially during deployments is essential.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end‑to‑end and working across a wide range of technologies in a fast‑paced MSP environment.
