Our client, a well-established and growing public accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join their leadership team. Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of private company and owner-managed business clients
- Review complex corporate, personal, trust, and partnership tax returns
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and assist with reorganizations, succession planning, and estate planning matters
- Research and analyze tax legislation and provide practical recommendations
- Lead and mentor tax staff and managers through coaching, training, and performance development
- Manage client engagements, budgets, and deadlines effectively




- Support practice development initiatives and help grow client relationships
- Assist clients with CRA/IRS audits, reviews, and tax inquiries
- Collaborate with partners and leadership on firm initiatives and process improvements

Qualifications
- Completion of CPA In-Depth Tax Program or equivalent advanced tax training preferred
- 8+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate and personal taxation
- Experience managing multiple client engagements and reviewing complex tax files
- Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
