A leading wood products manufacturer is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to manage and develop technical teams while promoting quality and continuous improvement across multiple mills. This remote-based role requires substantial travel, focusing on mentorship, process optimization, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate has a degree related to wood science or engineering and 5–7 years of industry experience.

A market-competitive salary range of $117,000–$156,000 is offered alongside an excellent benefits package.
