Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager

Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to drive strategic security programs across a global organization.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cybersecurity programs.

- Manage initiatives across Zero Trust, AI Security, Secure SDLC, Vulnerability Management, and Compliance.

- Partner with Engineering, IT, Product, Legal, and Security teams to ensure successful execution.

- Develop program roadmaps, governance models, risk mitigation strategies, and executive reporting.

- Track KPIs, milestones, and program health while driving continuous process improvements.

- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with enterprise security objectives.

What We're Looking For





- 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience leading complex technical initiatives.

- 3+ years working within Cybersecurity, Information Security, Cloud Security, IAM, Application Security, or GRC.

- Solid understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or OWASP.

- Experience managing enterprise security programs in Agile environments.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar project management tools.

- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI Security, Zero Trust, Vulnerability Management, or Secure Software Development.

- PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SAFe, or Agile certifications.

- Experience supporting enterprise PMO or large transformation programs.
