Opening Fall 2026, Bardo Elora is an exciting current restaurant located in the heart of Elora along the Grand River. As part of the Elora Mill property, we're creating a destination where exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and unforgettable experiences come together. This is a unique opportunity to join a founding team, help shape a new restaurant from the ground up, and be part of something remarkable from day one.

The Server is a key member of the Bardo Front of House team. They have excellent knowledge of the menu allowing them to serve guests with confidence and answer questions relating to selections and allergies. Servers work closely with the front and back of house teams to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant and to provide an extraordinary guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized and efficient, anticipating guests needs while remaining poised.

- You are passionate about providing memorable dining experiences.
- You are enthusiastic about the food scene and like to keep up with current trends.
- You have 1-2 years serving or bartending experience.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and supporting those around you.
- You are highly organized and a skilled multitasker.

Accountabilities:

- Deliver above and beyond guest experiences, providing genuine and thoughtful hospitality.
- Remain up to date on daily features, having a thorough understanding of menu composition, noting ingredients and allergens present in each item.




- Assist with suggesting food and beverage options to guests – noting suitable pairings and appropriate wines.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
- Thoroughly understand Pearle Hospitality’s allergy awareness program.
- Anticipate our guests needs and aim to accommodate requests to ensure a positive experience.
- Embody a strong service culture and set the standard for service and excellence.
- Follow all Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for all guests and team members.
