We're Hiring! Rotational Server/Bartender

AGAVE by Imperial is looking for an experienced Rotational Server/Bartender to join our team.

This is a dual role, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable serving guests on the floor and stepping behind the bar when needed. If you enjoy a quick-paced environment, have a passion for hospitality, and love working as part of a team, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant serving experience is required.
- Bartending experience is an asset and willingness to learn behind the bar is essential.
- Valid Smart Serve Certification.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, reliable & professional
- Able to multitask and work efficiently during busy service.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

- Rotate between serving and bartending shifts based on business needs.
- Deliver outstanding guest service from start to finish.




- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar area.
- Process payments using our POS system.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
