Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of the dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations, upsell menu items, and promote specials to enhance sales and guest satisfaction
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld through proper food handling and cleanliness practices
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly,



and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs gracefully
- Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus for understanding menu items and food handling procedures
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts without compromising service quality
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in nightclub or hospitality settings is advantageous for managing energetic environments
