Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination
- Assist in meal preparation during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing




- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience that exceeds guest expectations

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or kitchen environments with a strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a lively, positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to support restaurant operations
- Basic culinary skills including meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry best practices
