Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Prepare and serve food items according to safety and quality standards, including basic food preparation tasks
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments via POS systems
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations




- Assist in food delivery from kitchen to tables, ensuring timely service and proper presentation
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality

Experience

- Prior food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
