Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and energetic Server to join our vibrant break team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed and well cared for.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and safe dining area.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area,



including sanitation and organization of tables and stations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest services from seating to check presentation

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrating guest-focused service excellence
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
