What You'll Do

- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer questions about our food and beverage menu.
- Take accurate orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards.
- Anticipate guests' needs and ensure every table has an outstanding dining experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room and service stations.
- Support the team during busy service periods and assist with side duties as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and fellow front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Confidently recommend menu items,



beverages, and daily features to enhance the guest experience.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Robust teamwork and reliability.
- Experience using POS systems is an asset.
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible service practices.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
