Who We’re Looking For:

- We’re seeking charismatic and professional servers who are passionate about food, drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidates are confident, personable, and knowledgeable — with a genuine enthusiasm for Indo-Chinese cuisine and outstanding customer service. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming and energetic first impression
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including Indian fusion dishes and specialty cocktails
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Promote daily specials and suggest drink pairings to enhance the guest experience
- Provide attentive, friendly, and responsive service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless service flow
- Keep dining areas clean, organized,



and compliant with health and safety standards

Requirements & Certifications:

- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant or bar setting (1+ year preferred)
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Food Handler Certification (required)
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, multitasking, and sales skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; Punjabi or Hindi is a plus
