In this role, you will be responsible for assuring that quality standards and procedures are disseminated and implemented throughout the company. You will perform and report on internal quality system audits and assists in the overall administration of the internal audit program. District Overview Eastern Canada District's projects include highways, bridges, mass transit, mine site development & open pit operations, hydroelectric powerhouses, wind-power plants, dams & industrial. We serve the construction and mining industries and operate in Eastern Canada. Location This position is based in Toronto, ON. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Documentation and Records Management: Review project documentation, including drawings, manuals, and specifications. Coordinate and compile as-built drawings and documentation. Maintain records of changes and deviations from original submissions. Commissioning and Testing: Oversee commissioning database management to ensure system testing and functionality. Generate reports on commissioning status and pending items. Identify and document incomplete work or deficiencies. Coordinate with Operations to address punch list items before handover. Training and Knowledge
