Job Description This is an opportunity to join the Benefits Measurement & Realization team within Enterprise Project Finance, reporting to the Senior Manager. In this role, you will help validate, challenge, and monitor business case benefits across the Canadian Personal Banking and Business Banking segments, supporting informed investment decisions and meaningful business outcomes. Work closely with the Enterprise Project Finance Relationship Manager for Canadian Personal Banking and Business Banking to help ensure business case assumptions are well-supported and perks are clearly defined Contribute to sound investment decisions by bringing consistency, discipline, and rigour to business case benefit validation and challenge Develop, analyze, and share financial and strategic portfolio insights with senior leaders across Finance,



Canadian Personal Banking, Business Banking, and PMaG Look for opportunities to improve how business case benefits are measured, reported, and presented Build strong, trusted relationships with Segment Finance, GTS Finance, Project Management & Governance (PMaG), and other key stakeholder groups Help foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, innovation, productivity, and teamwork This role offers a balance of highly collaborative work and individual deliverables. Team members are expected to be on-site four days per week.
