Responsibilities

- Lead the budgeting and financial forecasting process, in close collaboration with the organization's various departments, to ensure integrated planning aligned with strategic objectives;
- Oversee functions related to costing, inventories, budgets, strategic financial analysis and special projects;
- Provide advanced financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and corporate growth;
- Continuously improve financial, administrative and operational processes, in a context of sustained growth and continuous improvement;
- Work closely with the financial controller and members of the management team;
- Actively participate in the strategic business review, providing financial perspectives;
- Manage, develop and mobilize a team of 3 analysts;
- Play a key role in the deployment of the Group's transformation initiatives and financial tools;
- Act as an internal reference for business issues with a financial impact.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and CPA professional designation;
- Minimum 8 to 12 years' relevant experience, including a stint in a manufacturing company;
- Excellent understanding of operational and financial issues in a manufacturing context (multi-site, multi-currency);
- Solid experience in budgeting, costing, strategic analysis and team management;
- Knowledge of IFRS (an asset);
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and ERP (Epicor, SAP, Oracle or equivalent);
- Bilingualism French/English essential (frequent contacts with Mexico, the USA and the parent company in India);
- Business acumen, ability to synthesize and excellent strategic judgment;
- Mobilizing leadership and entrepreneurial spirit in a changing workplace.
