About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our valued clients and our expert service technicians. You’ll ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience—from the moment they arrive, through every step of their service journey, and beyond. With a focus on personalized service and attention to detail, you’ll help uphold the high standards expected of our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a professional, engaging manner and guide them through the service process.

- Clearly communicate vehicle service needs, timelines, and costs with accuracy and transparency.

- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient and timely service.

- Maintain detailed and accurate service records in the dealership management system.





- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing service needs.

- Uphold and promote Wyant Group values in every customer interaction.

What You Bring

- Previous automotive experience considered an asset, but not required.

- Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

- A passion for the automotive industry and commitment to excellence.

- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
