Lead transformative accessibility initiatives at the University of Toronto Scarborough as the Director of AccessAbility Services. Empower students with disabilities through innovative programs and strategic leadership. The Director of AccessAbility Services reports to the Assistant Dean of Student Success and Career Support.

This senior role demands progressive leadership in disability services, fostering an inclusive environment for diverse student populations. With a focus on compliance and advocacy, the Director ensures continuous improvement of academic accommodations and promotes equity across university life. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct strategic planning and administration of AccessAbility Services
- Implement and enhance integrated accessibility programs




- Provide expert advice on accessibility policies
- Oversee performance frameworks for service effectiveness
- Collaborate with campus partners to advance equity initiatives Requirements:
- Graduate degree in relevant disability-related field
- Eight years of leadership experience in disability services
- Knowledge of accessibility legislation and standards
- Solid communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and diversity Drive change and foster inclusive success for students by leading AccessAbility Services at UofT Scarborough.
