Role Summary:

We are hiring a ServiceNow HRSD Architect for a leading consulting engagement.

Required Skills:

✅ 10+ years of ServiceNow experience

✅ 3+ years as HRSD Architect

✅ HR Case Management

✅ Employee Center Portal

✅ HR COEs

✅ REST/SOAP Integrations

✅ ACLs, Workflows, Flow Designer

✅ CSA Certification (Mandatory)

✅ CIS-HR Certification (Mandatory)

Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions
- Lead HR Case Management and HR COE implementations
- Design Employee Center experiences
- Develop integrations with enterprise applications
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices
- Work directly with HR stakeholders and business teams
