Position Name – ServiceNow Implementation Specialist / Solution Architect – Digital Product Release (DPR)

We are seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist / Solution Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow Digital Product Release (DPR) to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end product lifecycle and release management solutions.

The role focuses on enabling product-centric operations, ensuring seamless coordination between product management, development, testing, and operations using ServiceNow’s DPR capabilities. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise and TM Forum best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow Digital Product Release (DPR) solutions
- Define product lifecycle models, release governance, workflows, and data models within DPR
- Design integrations between DPR and other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, TSOM, SPM, DevOps)
- Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, scalability, and performance standards
- Design and implement integrations with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Configure DPR components such as Product definitions and hierarchies, Release planning, milestones,



and dependencies, Approval workflows and release governance
- Work closely with Product Managers, Release Managers, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams
- Align DPR with TM Forum Open APIs and telecom-grade product models (where applicable)

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ Years of ServiceNow implementation experience
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Digital Product Release (DPR)
- Strong understanding of:
- Release and deployment governance
- Agile / SAFe / DevOps methodologies
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow data model design

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Experience in Telecom, Technology, or Large Enterprise environments
- Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (ODA, SID, Open APIs)
- Experience integrating DPR with ITSM, CSM, TSOM, DevOps, or SPM
- ServiceNow certifications:
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CIS (ITSM / CSM / SPM)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist or Architect certifications

- DPR solution architecture and design documents
- Configured and deployed DPR workflows and product models
- Integrated release management ecosystem
- Governance dashboards and reporting
- Production‑ready DPR implementation aligned with business objectives
